Chinmayi Desai is the Chair Person of The Saath Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd and Director of Urban Programmers at Saath, in Charge of Saath’s Health, Education, Microfinance Institute, Livelihood, Urban Resource Center Programmes. She holds B.Sc. in Biochemistry and a Diploma in Special Education. Chinmayi has 16 years of experience of working in the social development sector, focusing on program planning, management, implementation and capacity building.
Madhuben Parmar is the Assistant General Manager of The Saath Savings & Credit Cooperative Society Ltd and has been with Saath since 1992. She joined Saath as a teacher upon passing out from 12th grade and marrying with an early start in working with girls and education, Madhuben slowly moved on to Microfinance. She has since the beginning been a part of the Saath’s strategic team and brings to the table a fresh perspective from the field.
Divyang Bhatnagar is the CEO of The Saath Savings & Credit Cooperative Society Ltd With a Bachlor degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, Divyang went ahead to pursue advanced diploma in IT from University of Luton, UK. Have also done Diploma in Business Development from ICFAI Unviersity. In last 5 years he has successfully set up the Saath’s MFI program and realized it into a cooperative. Divyang’s leadership has seen the Cooperative grow with 7 branches and over 18,000 members.

Gopal S.Chauhan is the Vice President of The Saath Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. Besides holding in arts degree, Gopalbhai also studied Human Rights. Coming a two decades long experience in social and cooperative sector, Gopalbhai currently works as a mediator between the government and needy, marginalized people on ground, to facilitate them seek benefits of government schemes. This is part of his work at Urban Resource Center at The Saath Charitable Trust. He also is associated with the food security program for children and mothers called integrated Child Development Program. His work also includes counseling those slum dwellers with their social issues, who were displaced from banks of Sabarmati for developing river front and were rehabilitated in premises made Economically Weaker Section(EWS).
